Приготовить символичный и очень вкусный по рецепту салат Бычок очень просто, и кроме того, салатом Бычок вы не только накормите, но и приятно удивите домочадцев.

Продукты для приготовления по рецепту салата Бычок:

Куриное филе – 200г
Картофель – 300г
Яйца – 4 шт
Зеленый горошек – 1 банка
Майонез или сметана – по вкусу

Для украшения салата Бычок:
Колбаса варенка
Лист салата

Приготовление по рецепту салата Бычок:

Отварите до готовности куриное филе, картофель в мундирах и яйца. Охладите. Затем куриное филе мелко нарежьте. Картофель можно мелко нарезать или натереть на крупной терке. Желтки отделите от белков и отдельно натрите на мелкой терке.

Когда все ингредиенты по рецепту для салата Бычок готовы можем приступать к приготовлению самого салата. Для этого необходимо выложить на блюдо куриное филе, сформировав его в форме головы быка (при необходимости подсолить) и смазать майонезом или сметаной. Следующий слой зеленого горошка (предварительно слейте воду) и аналогично смазать майонезом или сметаной. Затем также промазывая и подсаливая каждый слой, идут слои: желтки, картофель и белки.

Из колбасы вырежьте уши и нос бычка, из сыра – рога. Ноздри, глаза и реснички быка сделайте из маслин. Хотите разнообразить вашего бычка? Просто добавьте ему под нос лист салата и вот у вас уже жующий зеленую травку бычок.

Вот так легко готовится вкусный и оригинальный рецепт салата Бычок. Аналогичным образом можно приготовить любой салат, вкус которого вам нравится. А также поэкспериментировать с головками различных животных.
