Печенье «Валентинки»

Продукты по рецепту:
Сливочное масло – 300г;
Сахар – 2 стакана;
Яйца – 2 шт.;
Сода – 2 ч. ложки;
Соль – 1 ч. ложка;
Апельсиновый сок — 1/2 стакана;
Мука – 4 стакана.

Рецепт приготовления:
Растираем масло с яйцами и сахаром – у вас должна получиться паста. Добавляем немного соды и соли. Сюда же кладем апельсиновый сок. Все тщательно перемешиваем. Постепенно всыпаем в смесь муку. Постоянно все это дело помешиваем. Затем раскатываем тесто.

Толщина его должна составлять приблизительно 1 см. Нарезаем печенье (используйте специальную выемку в форме сердца), присыпаем сахаром и запекаем в духовке до тех пор, пока печенье не обретет золотистый цвет (180С). Приятного аппетита!
